This image was captured at sunrise from a vista known as Tunnel View. It is truly one of the most breathtaking views in all of the national parks I have been to for it gives you a view of three gorgeous landmarks that make Yosemite so beautiful.
To the left, rising more than 300 feet into the sky is the enormous rock of El Capitan. In the middle of the image, almost drowning in the orange glow of the rising sun is Half Dome, named for its distinctive shape. To the right is Bridalveil Falls, one of Yosemite's most iconic waterfalls, probably second only to its big sister, Yosemite Falls. All of this makes one of the most magnificent landscape in all of God's creation!
